NEOCOAT NC – FABRIC PREPARATION
Through our significant expertise in textiles, Swiss Performance Chemicals developed specific fabric preparation to enhance color vibrancy and intensity on Silk, Viscose & Cotton. Using NeoCoat NC fabric preparation gives up to 10% higher color intensity, leading to ink cost saving & higher quality The goods are prepared by padding with: 120 – 200 g/l Urea ** 100 – 200 g/l NeoPad CCi 30 – 45 g/l Soda Ash 40 g/l NeoPad ST 10 g/l NeoPad 36 Pick-up 70–80% Drying 2min @ 120-140°C **Urea: 120g/l for Cotton & 200g/l for Viscose

FIXATION CONDITIONS
• Cotton / Viscose Steam at 102 °C/216 °F for 7–10 min • Silk Steam at 102 °C/216 °F for 12 min

WASHING-OFF PROCESS
• Cotton / Viscose Rinse 5 min with cold water Soap for 5 min at 98 °C/210 °F Rinse for 5 min with boiling water Rinse at cold/warm
• Silk Rinse 5 min with cold water Soap for 5 min at 98 °C/210 °F Soap for 5 min at 98 °C/210 °F Rinse at cold/warm
